I checked the proc percent in Mid's and it matches the 15% Snorii got from the forums. None of our other procs have citations, I see no reason why this one should. If someone wants to ''dispute'' the proc frequency, then by all means, bring it up on the talk page. Citation Request
I checked the proc percent in Mid's and it matches the 15% Snorii got from the forums. None of our other procs have citations, I see no reason why this one should. If someone wants to dispute the proc frequency, then by all means, bring it up on the talk page.
