:Not in this case. This is the icon in the game files, right down to the filename. It's identical to the Rare icon; it's not that the game uses the wrong icon on the Very Rare powers. - Not in this case. This is the icon in the game files, right down to the filename. It's identical to the Rare icon; it's not that the game uses the wrong icon on the Very Rare powers.
