I guess the Hellions think they own Perez Park now. In fact, they've been extorting tolls from citizens who wander through the neighborhoods they consider their turf. I want you to put an end to the Hellions' extortion in Perez Park. Make it clear that they're not the law around there and that the people are taking their city back from scum like them.
