Defeat Outcasts in Steel Canyon (15-20)
Briefing
The Outcasts have claimed Steel Canyon as their territory, and are terrorizing the streets. It's going to take constant heroic action to keep them from cementing their hold on the entire zone. I need a hero who can get to Steel Canyon and show them that the streets don't belong to them.
Mission Acceptance
