Colonel Duray is a Sky Raiders archvillain and can be found at the end of Silver Mantis' Strike Force: Pirates of the Sky.
Description
Colonel Virgil Duray had a long time to culture his hatred for the heroes he holds responsible for the Rikti War. In combat with heroes, he won't give an inch.
