She is one of four probable candidates with the knowledge of portal technology to advance Lord Recluse's Operation: DESTINY.
She can be found on the third Patron arc mission from Ghost Widow, Capture last scientist for Operation: DESTINY.
While her surname is spelled as "Crow" in the mission briefing and info window, the mission objective spells her name as "Crowe."
