Dr. Crow is a captive under Citadel's and Longbow's care that you must kidnap. Dr. Roberta Crow is a Portal Corporation researcher who specialises in areas of inter-dimensional physics, in Peregrine Island, Paragon City, with the faction of Valuable Scientist.
She is one of four probable candidates with the knowledge of portal technology to advance Lord Recluse's Operation: DESTINY.
She can be found on the third Patron arc mission from Ghost Widow, Capture last scientist for Operation: DESTINY. While her surname is spelt as "Crow" in the mission briefing and info window, the mission objective spells her name as "Crowe."
