* The names of the various issues have traditionally been thought to be chapter names of famous books. However, [[Positron (Developer)|Positron]] said in an interview [http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Number=9227196#Post9227196]:

Overview

Issues are large game updates to the City of Heroes game. There were smaller updates that occurred between the larger "Issues", but these were usually for special events or to fix various bugs or exploits, to tweak game performance, etc.

Since the launch of Homecoming: City of Heroes, Issues have been broken up into smaller Page updates.
