Hit the streets and defeat a few Council soldiers
Briefing
The Council has been expanding their operations. I need a hero to hit the streets and defeat a few Council soldiers. They've been spotted in Independence Port fighting with the Family and the Tsoo, but I'm sure any zone in the city would welcome your assistance.
The Council is a dangerous foe, Hero. Watch your back.
