It has long been joked on the official forums and in-game that there are many bus stops scattered throughout Paragon City, the Rogue Isles or Praetoria but there aren't any buses among the types of cars and trucks that randomly drive around the streets.  Further, there are no stationary buses for use as destructible objects in mayhems, or for set dressing.  This fact was played upon in one particular case in Night Ward in which a group of souls are seen sitting at and loitering around a destroyed bus stop, presumably, waiting for a bus.  This makes the implication that they must have waited so long for a bus to arrive that they have died.

Overview

The bus that never came?

It has long been joked on the official forums and in-game that there are many bus stops scattered throughout Paragon City, the Rogue Isles or Praetoria but there aren't any buses among the types of cars and trucks that randomly drive around the streets. Further, there are no stationary buses for use as destructible objects in mayhems, or for set dressing. This fact was played upon in one particular case in Night Ward in which a group of souls are seen sitting at and loitering around a destroyed bus stop, presumably, waiting for a bus. This makes the implication that they must have waited so long for a bus to arrive that they have died.
