Description

Rescue 25 PPD hostages in the jailbreak side missions during Safeguard Missions.

Notes
This may only effect the Peregrine Island safeguard, but currently when the hostage holders are aggroed, some of them just vanish. This makes it nearly impossible to actually free the hostages.
