I played around with it and noticed that IT DOES NOT WORK when slotted in stamina or any auto or toggle type power. It did however work great when slotted in attacks (i.e. eletrical melee), targeted AOE's like Transference, or any power that is a CAST TYPE POWER.
This enhancement adds a 20% chance to grant 10 endurance to the power's target.
