Description
Your studies at the Universities of Paragon City and work with the hospitals of Paragon have earned you the Physician Accolade. While logged out at a University or inside a Hospital you will earn charges for your Revive Ally power.

Your time spent studying medicine has gained you access to a medical kit that allows you to revive a nearby fallen ally. Allies revived by this power will be healed for a small portion of their health and be protected from XP Debt for 15 seconds. Additional charges of this power can be earned by logging out in a hospital or university. Recharge: Very Long.
NOTE: According to combat text, revived ally will be restored to full health with no endurance and will be unable to recover any endurance for 30 seconds.
For every 24 hours, Character gains 1 charge up to a maximum of 15 charges.
