No lone criminal wants to cross paths with a Scrapper - because odds are only the Scrapper is going to be walking away when all is said and done. Only the Blaster compares with the Scrappers lethality, while the Scrapper's ferocity and skill prove them the masters of hand-to-hand combat. However, the Scrapper does not have any long range punch, so they rely on the other Archetypes to help in those sorts of battles. The Scrapper is pretty resilient, though, and next to the Tanker, the best Archetype at withstanding damage.

Overview

Scrapper

The Scrapper is a fierce combatant. In hand to hand combat, no other hero can compare. But the Scrapper is not as resilient as the Tanker, and might find himself in a little trouble if he heedlessly wades into combat. The Scrapper's aptitude for melee is countered by a total lack of long distance attacks. Scrappers possess critical striker capability. Their melee attacks have a chance to sometimes do double damage.

The Scrapper's power sets are:
