Silent Blade

Overview

Silent Blade belongs to the Rogue Isles Villains. Villains can be found in jail during Founders' Falls Mayhem Missions. Heroes may face her in the jail of the Peregrine Island Safeguard mission, where the Carnival of Shadows may try to free her.

Trained from birth to be the perfect killer, she has no name, no family and no compunctions about what she does.

After being told by a Paragon Policeman, "Your name is SILENT Blade. Be quiet." She replies, "Pure luck. I had a cold and I sneezed. Otherwise, I am untraceable."
"Feel my blade. Cold is it not?"
"Perfect timing. I now seek some vengenance."
"Inconceivable! How can this be?"
"I'm not lost. I'm just unclear about which way to go."
"I would have gotten away eventually."
