A small expansion pack available exclusively through the NCsoft Store. Each pack is themed and comes with various perks, which can include costume pieces, powers, badges, and/or emotes.

Super Boosters

All Super Boosters cost $9.99US/£5.99/€8.99.

Note: The Architect Edition's free code only allows the choice of Cyborg or Magic.

Item Packs

Item packs cost $9.99US/£5.99/€8.99 unless otherwise stated.

Booster Packs

Mini Boosters

Future Packs

The future of Super Boosters is unclear. However, according to David Nakayama, the Art Lead for Paragon Studios, they are actively working on pieces for future booster packs. A thread on the Official Forums was made on June 13, 2010, requesting Super Booster ideas.

City of Heroes Freedom

With the launch of City of Heroes Freedom the sale of booster packs was discontinued through the PlayNC store. The individual items were integrated into the Paragon Market.
