:::That's not really the same thing as "specifying".  It could have been located there on the site as a matter of convenience (that is, avoiding having to set up a new branch of the site tree until they have more content to post).  By nomenclature alone, i16 is a free update, but Rogue is a commercial expansion, like CoV.  Common sense would dictate that they are not related.  We shouldn't assume they are until someone at NCSoft states otherwise.

That's not really the same thing as "specifying".
