*  Marshall Brass has two missions that spawn Shivans, one mission in each of his story arcs.  When I ran those missions on Villainous, I counted 50 Shivans each run (not counting the ambushes triggered upon rescuing Amanda Vines).  Upping the difficulty level to Malicious doubles that number, and having a team gives you even more.
*  So, just going solo, you should be able to get your Man/Woman in Black badge just from running these two missions on Malicious.
*  Heroside, there is a mission in the initial Orobouros arc that has Shivans.  Not sure how many there are in the mission, but setting yourself to Tenacious and resetting the mission before finishing off the meteorite, you should be able to get the badge fairly easily.

  • Shivans can only be found in outdoor in Blood Bay, which happens to be a PvP zone, which makes its study hard. I have found them indoor in a single mission in CoV and they seem to be completely ausent from the CoH missions so far.
  • Shivan Decimator will only spawn as a pet from the temporary power Shivan Shard, which can be obtained in Blood Bay. If this monster spawns as a regular enemy in indoor or outdoor, I haven't seen it yet.
