The Perfect Hacker is an events badge for a team that completes the Hacker's objectives in the "Casino Heist" part of the Summer Blockbuster trial.

How to Get
During the two phases, just click the three computer terminals.
You may either avoid or fight the guards patrolling the room. A character with high solo damage output can defeat the guards and still have time to click the terminals.
