Hero side there are a number of level 40+ missions that spawn Fakes, but Fakes are most easily found around the docks and some other areas of [[Peregrine Island]].  They can also be found in parts of the [[Shadow Shard]].

Villain side, they are only found in missions.  There are, however, quite a few missions in the 41 - 50 range that spawn them. The [[Television#Battle for Television|Battle for Television]] and [[Television#Liberate Television|Liberate Television]] missions from [[Television]] are good examples of high level villain missions that will spawn fakes with enough people on the team.  The [[Television#Liberate Television|Liberate Television]] mission has at least four scripted Fakes, and so is an especially good source for them solo.
