Artifact Destroyer is an events badge for choosing the third mission reward from the Whispered Rumor tip from a Halloween Event.

You have gone about the proper ritual to destroy the Malleus Mundi, but you are unsure if it is truly gone.
How to Get
Complete the Whispered Rumor tip mission and choose the option to Attempt to destroy the Malleus Mundi. You can only obtain the Whispered Rumor tip during Halloween Events. Once you have the tip, you can complete the mission at any time.
