Clubber Badge
Clubber is a day job badge for 100 hours logged out in Pocket D.
You spent your free time mingling with both the heroes of Paragon City and the villains of the Rogue Isles in Pocket D earning yourself the Clubber Day Job. Logging out in Pocket D will earn you a bonus to your out of combat Recovery, when you log back in, for a short time.

Your recovery rate while not in combat is increased slightly due to your knowledge gained from your Day Job.
The Frequent Clubber boost grants a 12.5% recovery bonus which suppresses in combat after the Clubber badge has been granted.
Before a character earns this badge:
For every 2 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
After a character earns this badge:
For every 1.4 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
