You remember the image of a dark tunnel with a glowing light at the end of it. You somehow ended up in there after going through an old apartment. It reminds you of a small journey called...
Eye of Judgement
It started when an Arachnos operative named Castrin send you a threatening letter, claiming that he would stop at nothing to see you destroyed. You decided to look into Castrin and contacted Arbiter Daos to see where this operative was stationed. What happened next was a chase; Castrin had already fled when you arrived to his station. You chased him into an old building and lost him in one of the apartments. You went to enter a door and somehow ended up in a dark forest. You tried to push through the forest but appeared in an old subway tunnel. You were then flung through a deep hole, ending up within the cursed city of Dark Astoria.
You can only guess that whatever sent you into Dark Astoria also spurred Operative Castrin to want to kill you. Some great and powerful entity seems to want you dead. They'll have to try a lot harder than that.
