Description
You like to make demonstrations of your power, it's what makes you a cut above the rest. You didn't bat an eye in letting Ripplesurge consume environmental ripple energy, and empowering himself to his absolute limit before showing him why no degree of overwhelming power can stand against your own might.
How to Get
In the sixth mission of the Dr. Aeon Strike Force, allow Ripplesurge to consume at least one of his empowering essences. This will form a puddle that will buff him when he stands in it. Allow/force him to do so, then defeat him while he is being buffed by the puddle.
