How to Get
The Statesman Star is earned by completing the Terra Volta Respecification Trial for the second time and selecting the respec reward. You must be level 34 or higher to earn this badge.
- Note: You do not need to complete the second trial (from Captain James Harlan) to earn this badge; any trial at any level awards this badge on the character's second run.
Notes
This badge is only awarded to characters of the hero or vigilante alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by villains or rogues, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.
