Overview

The Fortunatas use their immense psychic talents to help Arachnos with its goals.

Arachnos has been gathering psychic children for years, and has built two great forces, each army part of Lord Recluse's strategy to fully control the forces that destroy all conquerors. The girls have their sight adjusted into the future (1), and thus Fortunatas are created: female Arachnos agents gifted with psychic powers.
By the time they reach the level of Seer their powers are so strong that they can even see the future. Fortunatas are Lord Recluse's front line troops in a war against fate itself.
Some Fortunatas volunteer to become Tarantulas, increasing their powers even further.

This Arachnos Corps is under command of Ghost Widow (2)

Kalinda has a level of vision far beyond the others of her ilk. She's skilled to the point that she can see the future of beings such as powerful as the Arachnos Patrons, and even Lord Recluse's himself. It was Kalinda who told Lord Recluse that an opportunity was about to arise for him to change his fate. (4) This would eventually lead Lord Recluse to develop the so-called Operation: DESTINY.
It was also Kalinda who divined the list of the Destined ones that Arachnos would eventually break free of the Zig during Breakout (5).
Kalinda may be currently found in Mercy Island, checking the new arrivals to the Rogue Isles.

This Fortunata was once one of Ghost Widow's personal aides, but she fell out of favor when she was discovered having an affair with an Arachnos soldier. She was then given an order: she had to kill her lover. She was given the option to join him as well, if she wished. When she killed her lover, Ghost Widow rewarded her with his soul, now hers forever.(3)
Currently, Veluta Lunata is tasked with monitoring the Arachnos ghost research program on Port Oakes.
