This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.

This badge was previously awarded for preventing the Paladin Construction from being completed.

-In [[Kings Row]], at one of three possible construction sites, a [[Paladin Construction|monster construction]] will appear, surrounded by a large number of [[clockwork]]s and junkpiles.  The clockworks will build up the monster construction until it becomes the [[Clockwork#Paladin|Paladin]].  The badge is awarded to heroes who prevent the building of the Paladin, by destroying all the clockworks who are involved in the building and by destroying the construction itself.  There is not a badge awarded for defeating a fully constructed Paladin.
