Overview

Kinetic Melee is a primary powerset for Brutes, Scrappers, and Stalkers, and a secondary powerset for Tankers, that was announced as a feature for Going Rogue. Kinetic Melee powers increase your damage with each hit, as well as decreasing the damage of enemies.

Brute

The Kinetic Melee power set is available as a primary set for Brutes.

The Brute power table has yet to be announced.


Scrapper

The Kinetic Melee power set is available as a primary set for Scrappers. The following table shows which powers are available and at what level:

Developer Comments

In a forum post, Castle made the following cryptic remark:

[quoted] Shouldn't Kinetic Melee have an inherent power that makes your attacks stronger the more you are hit?
Powersets don't tend to get Inherent powers. Archetypes do.
That said...you are on the right track, aside from that.
