In Kings Row, at one of three possible construction sites, a monster construction will appear, surrounded by a large number of clockworks and junkpiles. The clockworks will build up the monster construction until it becomes the Paladin. The badge is awarded to heroes who prevent the building of the Paladin, by destroying all the clockworks who are involved in the building and by destroying the construction itself. There is not a badge awarded for defeating a fully constructed Paladin.

This badge displays different names, depending on a character's current alignment.

  • Knight Errant on heroes and vigilantes
