: Random, completely and totally random. So much so that there have been times when 2 sites have been under construction at the same time. When test has been up for several days straight, you can go into Kings Row and find 3 fully built paladins running around. All giant monsters in CoH appear at random. - Random, completely and totally random. So much so that there have been times when 2 sites have been under construction at the same time. When test has been up for several days straight, you can go into Kings Row and find 3 fully built paladins running around. All giant monsters in CoH appear at random.
