Overview
Melee Partial Core Graft is one of the abilities that can be used with the Hybrid Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
This power grants the user a stacking Regeneration and Resistance buff for each enemy within an 8 foot radius. The effect reaches its maximum strength at 7 enemies. This power also grants a large Regeneration and Resistance buff regardless of nearby foes. Equipping this Hybrid power grants a passive boost to Regeneration at all times.
