Briefing

The Tsoo are recruiting in earniest these days. If they grow much larger, we may not be able to deal with them effectively. I need you to hit the streets and take on a few Tsoo. If you show people that the Tsoo aren't as tough as they look, maybe they won't be so eager to join up.

Mission Acceptance

You can usually find Tsoo in Talos Island or Independence Port.

Unnecessary Solicitation

I need you to make an impression on people, Character. Show them that the Tsoo aren't as powerful as they pretend.
