Protection Racket

Briefing

Heartstopper runs a dance hall out around the Sunken City. I know, she's crazy, but nobody ever messes with her entertainers. The way I figure it, she's in need of some protection in case something bad happens to her business. I'd like you to pay her a little visit and show her how bad it would be not to pay for that protection.

  • You want me to mess her up, too?

No need to hurt her, just smash up her place and work over her entertainment a little. That should get the message across.

Unnecessary Solicitation

Remember, no need to bust up Heartstopper's face. After all, we don't need to seem... uncivilized.

Heartstopper welcomes you into her establishment. That was her first mistake...

  • Start a racketeering ring on the Dregs
    • 2 supplies to smash up
    • 3 of Heartstopper's dancers to rough up
    • Talk to Heartstopper
    • Defeat Heartstopper (Optional)

You gave Heartstopper the message by thrashing up her business and roughing up her entertainment. Next time you visit she'll pay for protection.

Heartstopper
Briefing

I've got all kinds of amenities that you just can't find anywhere else in the gumbo. What would you like?

  • You look like you could use some protection.

Protection? Oh honey / sugarplum, I got all the protection I need from my boys...

  • Yeah, they aren't gonna cut it.

I'm flattered you want to work for me, big boy / darlin', but I think I'd have better use for you as a client than another hired hand. All my girls / boys are ready to entertain.

What's your pleasure?

  • I don't want to work for you. I'm here to collect.

Collect!? You tryin' to cut in on my business!?

  • (Bust the place up)
