o.o its just as the description says, you use them to take out the IoP anchors. So they're offensive temp powers. I've honestly never seen one used though, so who knows what the power looks like. It could look like anything really when used.. a gun, some magic cane, perhaps a cg effect with not implement. --Sleepy Kitty 17:51, 14 November 2007 (EST)
