Talk:Fortunata Hypnosis: Chance for Placate

For some IOs with ambigious or vague descriptions, should a note be made on what it exactly does? For example, this one, does it mean if enemies are placated, do the enemies just ignore the user of the power, or does it allow the user to do critical attacks?
