Talk:Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control

In the test server patch notes, it states that "Gaussian’s Synchronized Fire-Control should now properly be a Unique enhancement". Does that mean all are unique now, or just the Chance for Build Up? - Snorii 14:13, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
