I added the detail on which maps are unlockable based on Zombie_Man's beta data: [1]
Wouldn't hurt to have someone double-check that. I've already unlocked them all and I don't know any way to check which are which after you've done that.
In particular, Snake Cave 02 could use a look since that shows up twice in ZMan's post in two different groupings -- Additional Cave Maps & Additional Special Cave Maps.
